Returns and Refunds

SPR Products accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, please contact us at sprproductsllc@gmail.com before sending the product back. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return. Product defects are handled separately under our One-Year Limited Warranty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at sprproductsllc@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

One-Year Limited Warranty

SPR Products warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured by SPR Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for their intended purpose for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, provided the product has been properly installed and operated.

If, upon evaluation by SPR Products, a product is determined to have a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, SPR Products will repair the defective product at no charge. SPR Products will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with an approved warranty claim.

This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from improper installation, improper mounting or wiring, incorrect electrical connections or voltage, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or use outside of the product's intended application.

Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, tampering with, or attempted repair of an SPR Products product is not permitted under this limited warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage, failure, or other conditions resulting from or associated with unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, tampering, or attempted repair.

If a product experiences an issue during the warranty period, the customer must contact SPR Products before attempting any repair, modification, or disassembly. Warranty service must be performed or authorized by SPR Products.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase may be required.

To request warranty service, contact sprproductsllc@gmail.com with your order information and a description of the issue before returning the product. Do not ship a product to SPR Products for warranty service without first contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SPR Products shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of its products.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
